Maintec is special provider of Polish flexibile staffing services. As the part of the internationally operating Humares Company, we have over 30 years worldwide experience in staffing services. The Maintec branches focus on the recruitment, selection, secondment of technical and logistics candidates, as well as highly skilled professionals in the engineering.

Maintec attributes this position to its independent local branch network in Poland. This set-up enables the company to recruit and place large numbers of motivated technical specialists for a wide range of customers. We can do this because of the local knowledge of our office staff. They are professionally trained and experienced specialists. They have optimal control of the primary processes with regard to recruitment and selection of personnel as well as administrative processing.
