Personnel Counseling Services

Within personnel counseling service we prepare, in cooperation with the Client, a very detailed profile of a needed candidate and workplace characteristics. On the basis of precise and accurate description, our agency starts searching for the best candidates. Performing personnel counseling services we focus on the candidates collected in our database, on applications submitted to us in response to our job advertisements (placed on the Internet and in the press) as well as on active external search. After an in-depth analysis of the applications, we carry out telephone conversations with each candidate fulfilling the Client's requirements. The next stage is inviting the best candidates to one of our offices in order to conduct individual interviews. Following the interviews, we prepare a list of the best candidates which, together with a detailed report and our observations concerning each candidate, is presented to the Client.

It is also possible that our consultant participates in the Client's talks with chosen candidates.

Performing the service - depending on the order complexity - usually takes from 4 to 8 weeks from the date on which a detailed candidate's profile is drawn up.

Personal counseling service is covered by a warranty period, amounting from one to six months, depending on the position and order comprehensiveness, beginning from the date when the candidate is finally accepted by the Client.
