Temporary work
Temporary work consists in hiring employees by Maintec sp. z o.o. and delegating them to work in the Client's company. Thus, our Client does not bear the costs related to personnel recruitment, payroll administration, calculating and paying social insurance contributions and income tax, leave records and keeping personal records. We are able to provide personnel which will effectively replace your employees during holiday period or in a period of increased personnel need in your company.
Temporary work allows the Client to focus on proper business of the company, guarantees complete flexibility in everyday activities and ensures measurable financial profits through maintaining optimal level of employment throughout the year.
