Employment Policy in the Netherlands:

  • contract law provides for phase A, B and C (for details, see the Collective Agreement or the summary of the collecitive agreement);
  • labor rules according to the ABU collective agreement for temporary workers;
  • remuneration including the holiday allowance;
  • employment agency provides care to Polish employees and helps with all issues related to residence and employment (No. BSN, bank account, insurance, etc.);
  • employment agencies often organize safety trainings required by the Dutch employers';
  • employee is entitled to holiday pay of 8% of earnings.
