Employment Policy in the Netherlands:
- contract law provides for phase A, B and C (for details, see the Collective Agreement or the summary of the collecitive agreement);
- labor rules according to the ABU collective agreement for temporary workers;
- remuneration including the holiday allowance;
- employment agency provides care to Polish employees and helps with all issues related to residence and employment (No. BSN, bank account, insurance, etc.);
- employment agencies often organize safety trainings required by the Dutch employers';
- employee is entitled to holiday pay of 8% of earnings.
